This Privacy Policy does not apply to any data processed through Customer End Products that incorporate Company’s semiconductor or AI components.

2. No Device-Level Data Collection

The Company’s products are designed to operate on-device and do not transmit data to Company or any cloud service. The company does not receive, collect, or process personal data from deployed devices.

Accordingly:

  • We do not collect, receive, or process any data from deployed devices
  • We do not access or monitor end-user activity
  • We do not collect any personal data through customer implementations

3. Information We Collect

We may collect limited business-related information, including:

  • Contact information (name & email)
  • Communications and inquiries
  • Website usage data (IP address, browser type, cookies)

4. Use of Information

We use collected information to:

The company provides semiconductor components only and does not control or operate end-user products.
Customers are solely responsible for any data collection, processing, storage, or transmission occurring through End Products. Customers must ensure compliance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.

  • To service providers supporting our operations (e.g., hosting, CRM, GA-4)
